Initial Assessment and Goal Setting Session: Let's start by understanding where you are in your journey, your strengths, and the challenges you face. Together, we'll set clear objectives for our coaching journey. 12 One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Set a reoccurring weekly check-in call. Our sessions will be personalized, focusing on your specific challenges, fostering resilience, and nurturing personal growth. Relapse Prevention Plan: We'll work together to develop a personalized plan to identify and manage potential triggers. I'll equip you with practical tools and techniques to navigate high-risk situations with confidence. Unlimited Email and Text Support: You'll have my prompt responses to your inquiries, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability between our sessions. Plus, we'll have regular check-ins to celebrate successes and address any challenges in real-time. Think on it Resource Kit: You'll receive an exclusive resource kit with worksheets, affirmations, journal prompts, and mindfulness exercises to support your journey towards sobriety and holistic well-being. Complimentary Follow-Up Session: After completing our program, we'll have a post-program session to review your progress, reflect on your achievements, and discuss strategies for maintaining your long-term sobriety. It's an opportunity to revisit your goals, refine your relapse prevention plan, and set intentions for continued growth and success.
